The disease occurs when tissue called endometrium, similar to the tissue that normally lines the uterus, grows in other parts of the body. Endometriosis affects as many as one in 10 American women. CORONAVIRUS UPDATES

4/16/20

Effective Friday 4/17/2020, it will be mandatory that all patients and care givers wear a mask or face covering during the duration of their visit at Greenville OBGYN. Patients should bring & wear a surgical mask, cloth mask, or any similar type cloth face covering.

CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain, especially in areas of significant community-based transmission. For further information regarding the CDC recommendations, please visit their website.

3/19/20

At this time, we have updated our policies to limit exposure to patients who may not be currently presenting symptoms related to the Covid-19 virus but could be contagious.  Upon your arrival to the office,  we will be conducting an additional screening that will include a series of questions and temperature check while still in your vehicle.

When you arrive onsite for your scheduled appointment, please pull under the drive-thru at the front door and you will be greeted by staff.  If you pass the initial screening, you will then be checked in curbside and will need to provide your cell phone number to complete the check-in process. You will then park your vehicle and wait there, and we will call you when a room is available. At this time, only patients will be allowed to enter the building; no other visitors (caregivers excluded). As always, your health is our top priority. Thank you for your additional patience during this temporary workflow change.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office at (252) 758-4181.
