Endometriosis: Everything You Need to Know
Endometriosis is a common condition with plenty of misconceptions. The disease occurs when tissue called endometrium, similar to the tissue that normally lines the uterus, grows in other parts of the body. Endometriosis affects as many as one in 10 American women. It can cause pain, scarring, and even infertility.
Hospital Care
One of the primary advantages of a group practice such as Greenville OB-GYN is 24 hour a day/7 days as week care and response. Should you require hospitalization, our Physicians, Certified Nurse-Midwives and Physician’s Assistants are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide you with the same level of care that you receive in our office.
You can view the on-call list by visiting the Physician and Certified Nurse-Midwife Call Schedule page. While every attempt has been made to ensure the provider schedule is updated and accurate, Greenville OB/GYN does not guarantee the accuracy of the schedules. They are current as of the date they were posted, and are subject to change. Please call our office if you have any additional questions. You can also reach our on-call providers after hours by dialing our main office number.
If you are planning your first visit to Greenville OB-GYN, be sure to view and fill out the forms and documents and read our payment policy prior to your first visit. If you have any other general question, please contact us. We’ll be happy to respond.
